SPEDIZIONI
Straight to Hell s.r.l. effettua spedizioni con corriere espresso verso tutta l’Italia (penisola e isole) e lo Stato del Vaticano, ad eccezione di Livigno e zone Franche e verso i paesi della comunità Europea
Le spedizioni hanno un costo di euro 7,00 indipendentemente dalla quantità di prodotti acquistati, fatta eccezione per i paesi fuori dal confine Italiano per cui verrà calcolata la tariffa dal sistema.
Una volta accertata la reale disponibilità alla vendita dei prodotti ordinati, i tuoi prodotti vengono messi in lavorazione ed affidati al corriere espresso nell'arco di 24/72 ore.
La consegna avverrà dopo 24/72 ore dal momento dell'affidamento al corriere, weekend e festivi esclusi. Le tempistiche indicate sono relative alla consegna sulla penisola e sulle isole maggiori.
Il corriere effettua le consegne dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 10:00 alle ore 18:00.
Ti ricordiamo che la consegna non avverrà previo contatto telefonico da parte dell'autista o in specifiche fasce orarie.

II prodotti IndustrialStrange sono personalizzati e prodotti in licensing su richiesta da Straighttihell s.r.l. al ricevimento dell’ordine, pertanto i resi sono accettati solo per difetti di fabbrica o errori di taglia da parte del nostro staff
Importante: valutare attentamente la taglia da acquistare tramite la guida alle taglie, perché non saranno accettati cambi per taglia errata o per prodotto sbagliato in fase di ordine.

SHIPPING
Straight to Hell s.r.l. ships via express courier to all of Italy (mainland and islands) and the Vatican State, with the exception of Livigno and free zones and to countries in the European Community
Shipments cost €7.00 regardless of the quantity of products purchased, with the exception of countries outside the Italian border for which the rate will be calculated by the system.
Once the actual availability for sale of the products ordered has been ascertained, your products are processed and entrusted to the express courier within 24/72 hours.
Delivery will take place 24/72 hours after the moment of entrustment to the courier, excluding weekends and holidays. The times indicated are for delivery to the mainland and the major islands.
The courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00.
We remind you that delivery will not take place after telephone contact by the driver or in specific time slots.
RETURNS
IndustrialStrange products are customized and produced in licensing on request by Straighttihell s.r.l. upon receipt of the order, therefore returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or size errors by our staff
Important: carefully evaluate the size to purchase using the size guide, because changes will not be accepted for incorrect size or incorrect product during the order phase.
In case of return due to product defect or incorrect shipment compared to the order placed, send an email to: info@straighttohell.eu with the request with your data, the reason for the return attaching an image of the defect or incorrect size. The shipping costs of the product to our warehouses are paid by Straight To Hell s.r.l.

VERSAND
Straight to Hell s.r.l. versendet per Expresskurier nach ganz Italien (Festland und Inseln) und in den Vatikanstaat, mit Ausnahme von Livigno und den Freihandelszonen, sowie in Länder der Europäischen Union.
Die Versandkosten betragen 7,00 €, unabhängig von der Bestellmenge. Ausgenommen hiervon sind Länder außerhalb Italiens, für die der Tarif systemseitig berechnet wird.
Sobald die tatsächliche Verfügbarkeit der bestellten Produkte festgestellt wurde, werden Ihre Produkte bearbeitet und innerhalb von 24/72 Stunden an den Expresskurier übergeben.
Die Lieferung erfolgt innerhalb von 24/72 Stunden nach Auftragserteilung, ausgenommen Wochenenden und Feiertage. Die angegebenen Lieferzeiten gelten für Lieferungen auf das Festland und die wichtigsten Inseln.
Der Kurier liefert montags bis freitags von 10:00 bis 18:00 Uhr.
Wir weisen darauf hin, dass Lieferungen nach telefonischer Rücksprache mit dem Fahrer oder innerhalb bestimmter Zeitfenster nicht erfolgen.
RÜCKSENDUNGEN
IndustrialStrange-Produkte werden von Straighttihell s.r.l. auf Anfrage nach Eingang der Bestellung individuell angepasst und in Lizenz gefertigt. Rücksendungen werden daher nur bei Herstellungsfehlern oder Größenfehlern akzeptiert.
Wichtig: Bitte prüfen Sie die Größe sorgfältig anhand der Größentabelle. Änderungen aufgrund falscher Größen oder falscher Produkte während der Bestellung sind nicht möglich.
Bei Rücksendungen aufgrund von Produktfehlern oder falscher Lieferung senden Sie bitte eine E-Mail an info@straighttohell.eu mit Ihren Daten, dem Grund für die Rücksendung und einem Foto des Defekts oder der falschen Größe. Die Versandkosten des Produkts zu unseren Lagern übernimmt Straight To Hell s.r.l.
